The high commisioner of Foreign Affairs and security policy Federica Mogherini visited Finland on the 5.3. During her visit an open discussion was organised. Women in Civilian Crisis Management and Peacebuilding Missions The seminar brought together some of the highest female officials of EU's peacekeeping and crisimanagement operations to discuss the challenges of civilian crisis management especially from a female perspective. Bringing forward gender equality and increasing the amount of women in civilian crisis management and peacebuilding missions is incredibly important for the future.
